Strands Of Eternity

The Sanskrit word, sutra, means thread or suture. It is the "Strand of Eternity" that sews our selves back together and reawakens us to that which we already are.

Strands of Eternity is a channel with a collection of inspiring poems and yoga ("bind back") relaxation (with guided voice) pieces to bring us back to our true self. It is by reverting ourselves back to a pure and relaxed state then our awareness and consciousness can be awakened.

The work of this channel is inspired by and dedicated to Vasand Lad, the author of the beautiful poetry book titled "Strands of Eternity".
