I'm Sergio and I come from Romania, more precisely from the heart of this country, from Transylvania. And since Romanians are famous for being both lovers of tradition and hardworking, I also consider myself hardworking and passionate about traditional Romanian food, namely meat dishes. Since I was a child, I grew up among traditional dishes and learned how to prepare them, and I thought I would share my experience with others.
