Hi, we’re Monica and Stephan. It is our mission to make it easy for couples to experience a happy, loving and passionate relationship. We all deserve this!

We wish we had the advice in this eBook, when we married 30+ years ago! We have been there, from peak bliss to bleak mess. We know how desperate and painful it can feel when conflict gets out of hand.

So over the past 15+ years, we’ve studied directly and in person with some of the world’s leading authorities on relationships. We’ve distilled, tested and refined the best advice on conflict in our work with couples. We now intend to this advice to a larger audience, at the service of couples who want to take their relationship to the next level!

We are both active in the relational space. Monica is a relationship coach, and Stephan coaches executive teams around the globe. Together, we organize workshops and retreats for couples, providing practical, actionable, fun ways to build strong and lasting relationships.
