Hi there, Hans Amato here.

My first YouTube channel (which I had since 2018) was deleted on 24-05-24 with ZERO warning, no explanation, and no leniency to fix the problem (which they never could tell me what it was).

But here I am, back again, baby!

Apart from having a degree in sports science, I have been an independent researcher and experimenter for the past almost 10 years now.

I specialize in male and testosterone (androgen) optimization to empower men to live their best lives.

By focusing on optimizing my own health and testosterone (which I was able to get to 1,254 ng/dl and maintain naturally), is how I was able to:

- Gain 40kg of muscle mass (over 10 years)

- Rip down to 8% BF and maintain below 12/15% BF

- Build elite-level strength

- Grow a successful business and a big ass beard

- Overcome many of my personal fears

- Become someone even doctors from different countries consult with

And much more but I've now just about used up all my 1,000 letters/spaces for this.
