Started during the Covid-19 pandemic, Tasting Couch turned casual day drinking into a relaxed and informative tasting experience. What began as a way to unwind on my couch has evolved into a deep dive into the history, production, and flavors of spirits. Now, we review and discuss everything from classic favorites to the latest trends—all from the most comfortable place on earth: my couch!

As Founder and CEO of Hermosa Organic Tequila and author of The One Minute Bartender, I bring years of experience to the tasting table. My journey includes working with Jim Beam and on Five-Star Cruise Ships, giving me a unique perspective on what makes a great spirit.
